Pro Tip: Use a Desktop

For the best experience and to avoid cluttering your main schedule, we strongly recommend following these instructions on a computer. This ensures you can import the events into a separate calendar that you can toggle on or off.

📅 How to Import Without the Clutter

Since this file contains 100+ events, importing them into a New Calendar allows you to hide or delete them all at once later.

Google Calendar

  1. Settings > Add Calendar > Create New Calendar
  2. Click Import & export
  3. Select your .ics file.
  4. Choose the Calendar you just created.
  5. Click Import

Apple Calendar (Mac)

  1. Double-click the .ics file.
  2. In the "Add event" popup, select New Calendar from the dropdown menu.

Outlook

  1. Drag and drop the file into Outlook.
  2. Select Open as New (do not click Import, or it will merge with your main schedule).

📱 Mobile (iPhone & Android)

iOS (iPhone/iPad)

  • Tap file > Add All.
  • Tap Calendar (row with colored dot).
  • Tap Add Calendar at the bottom.
  • Name it and tap Done.

Android (Google Cal)

⚠️ Warning: App may default to primary calendar.

It is safest to create a "Category" on Desktop first. On mobile, ensure you select a secondary calendar if prompted during import.

Quick Tip: "The Toggle"

Once imported, you can hide all 100 events instantly by unchecking the box next to the calendar's name in your app's sidebar. Keep your view clean!
